Police have given permission to detain singer Aastha Raut for 4 days.
Chief District Officer of Kathmandu Janakraj Dahal has arrested Raut and allowed him to be investigated.
Assistant District Judge Numraj Khanal of the District Government Advocate Office, Kathmandu, confirmed that Raut has been extended the offense against Raut in connection with abusive behavior.
“The deadline has been extended from the District Administration Office. Now another legal process begins. '
The Kathmandu Police Complex, Tekule had requested the District Government Attorney's Office, Kathmandu, for extension of time through the District Administration Office.
Raut had surrendered to the police only on Monday morning.
Raut had a dispute with policeman Ramita Shrestha at the internal terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport. Raut was abusing the police after she was going to attend an event in Sikkim.

After Raut's video went viral, policeman Shrestha had handed over the kitani, and four days after the arrest warrant was issued against him.
Police were also criticized for issuing arrest warrant in the general dispute. Then the police indicated that something would be flexible.
However, police claim the deadline has to be extended as the legal process has to be completed
