अनलाईन फर्म दर्ता गर्न १० डलर शुल्क लाग्नेछ। यसपछि युएससीआईएसले कन्फर्मेशन नम्बर उपलब्ध गराउनेछ। लोटरी प्रणालीबाट छनौट गरेर मार्चको ३१ सम्म छनौट भएकाहरुलाई सुचित गरिनेछ ।
कामदार भिसाका लागि इच्छुक आवेदकले अनलाइनमार्फत दर्ता गराउनका लागि युएससीआइएसको अनलाइन एकाउन्टको प्रयोग गनुपर्नेछ।
छनौट भएका आवेदनउपरमात्र आवेदकले एचवान बी भिसाका लागि प्रकृया अगाडि बढाउन सक्नेछन् । सबै प्रकृया पूरा गरेको खण्डमा उनीहरुले भिसा प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन् ।
उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त गरेका एचवानबी कामदारका लागि यो बर्षदेखि नयाँ प्रकृयाको थालनी हुन लागेको हो ।
पहिलोपटक अमेरिकी रोजगारदाताले क्षमतावान उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कामदारहरुका लागि अनलाइनमार्फत रजिस्ट्रेशन गर्न पाउने भएका छन् । ब्याचलर डिग्री गरेकाहरुका लागि ६५ हजारको कोटा रहेको छ भने अमेरिकामा मास्टर्स डिग्री गरेकाहरुका लागि २० हजारको कोटा रहेको छ । तर अमेरिकामा मास्टर्स डिग्री गरेकाहरुले ६५ हजारको कोटामा समेत भाग लिन पाउनेछन् ।
