उनी नेपालको सुनसरीका स्थानीय हुन् । उनको स्वास्थ्य जाँच गर्दा उनलाई कोरोना भाइरस संक्रमण भएको पुष्टि भएको थियो । त्यसपछि उनलाई कोभिड अस्पताल भर्ना गरिएको थियो । सफीद मिया दिल्लीको निजामुद्दिन मरकजको तबलीगी जमातमा सहभागी भएका थिए । १९ मार्चमा मस्जिदमा आएका १७ नेपाली जमाती पक्राउ परेका थिए ।

उनीहरुलाई बालैनीमा आइसोलेशनमा राखिएको थियो । यीमध्ये एक जनाको रिपोर्टमा कोरोना पोजेटिभ देखिएपछि उनलाइ गत बुधबार राति सिएचसीको कोरोना वार्डमा राखिएको थियो । उनको स्वास्थ्यमा सुधार आइरहेको थियो । सोमबार राति करिब एक डेढ बजेको समयमा उनी झ्यालबाट हामफालेर फरार भएका थिए । उनी जंगलतर्फ भागेको अनुमान गरिएको थियो ।

अस्पतालमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मीले दुई बजेतिर हेर्न आउँदा उनी आइसोलेशनमा नभेटिएपछि खैलाबैला मच्चिएको थियो । स्वास्थ्यकर्मीले उनी हराएको खबर प्रहरीसमक्ष दिएका थिए । कोरोना संक्रमित व्यक्ति बन्दपुर तर्फ भागेको केही मजदुरले प्रहरीलाई जानकारी गराएका थिए ।आज उनलाई मेरठ जोनका आइ जि पि प्रविण कुमारले पक्राउ गरी पुनः अस्पताल भर्ना गरिएको बताए र उनलाई खेकडा थाना नजिकै वन्दपुर मार्गबाट पक्राउ गरिएको थियो ।
