Combating Covid-19: UAE Cabinet approves formation of 'Supreme National Committee for Volunteerism during Crises'मुलुकमा को रोना भा इरस (को भिड–१९) सं क्रमण दोस्रो चरणमा प्रवेश गरेको छ । ट्राभल हिस्ट्री (यात्राको इतिहास) भएका व्यक्तिमार्फत परिवारमा सं क्रमण फैलिएकोले मुलुक दोस्रो चरणमा प्रवेश भएको स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ ।मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता डा.विकास देवकोटाका अनुसार दुबईबाट फर्केका कैलालीका सं क्रमित एक युवाको भाउजुमा को रोना भा इरस पो जेटिभ देखिएपछि दोस्रो चरण सुरु भएको हो । युवासँग भेट भएको १२ दिनपछि उनकी भाउजुमा सं क्रमण भएको थियो ।The UAE Cabinet, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, authorized the formation of the "Supreme National Committee for Volunteerism in Crises."
व्यक्तिमा सिमित सं क्रमण (विदेशबाट फर्केर आएका) पहिलो चरण हो । ट्राभल हिस्ट्री भएको व्यक्तिमार्फत परिवारमा सं क्रमण देखिनु दोस्रो चरण मानिन्छ । एउटा समुदायबाट अर्को समुदायमा फैलनु तेस्रो चरण हो भने महामारीको रुप लिएको अवस्था चौथो चरण हो ।मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता देवकोटाले भने, ‘ती महिला सं क्रमित परिवारका सदस्य हुन् । उनको ट्राभल हिस्ट्रि छैन । यस कारणले नेपाल दोस्रो चरणमा प्रवेश गरेको देखिन्छ ।’
सं क्रमित व्यक्तिले खो क्दा वा हा च्छ्युँ गर्दा नाक तथा मुखबाट निस्कने छिटाको माध्यमबाट सर्ने को रोना भा इरसको जो खिम ग्रामीण तहमा पुगेको छ ।मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता डा. देवकोटाका अनुसार, शनिबार गरिएको परीक्षणमा नयाँ तीनजना व्यक्तिमा भा इरस सं क्रमण पो जेटिभ देखिएको छ । सुदूरपश्चिमका तीनै जनाको टेकुस्थित राष्ट्रिय जनस्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशालामा परीक्षण गरिएको हो ।
This step aims to create an included and sustainable country wide volunteering system throughout times of crises, in cooperation with all applicable authorities, people and establishments
The formation of the committee, with the intention to be chaired via Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, is consistent with the selections taken through the UAE Government to prevent the unfold of the radical coronavirus, COVID-19, below the framework of selling volunteering and community services activities in any respect tiers; as well as to help volunteers and volunteer enterprises and coordinate with them.
