Saroj Khan, one of India's most outstanding choreographers, has died at the age of 71.
Khan had an illustrious profession that stretched 4 decades, and choreographed some of Bollywood's most iconic and famous songs.
Her profession took off in the late 1980s, when she labored on a slew of hit numbers with main stars like Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi.
Khan died of cardiac arrest in health center in Mumbai city, neighborhood media reported.
She was once admitted to sanatorium final month after she complained of breathlessness, Indian media reviews said. She examined poor for Covid-19.
Her nephew, Manish Jagwani, validated to PTI information enterprise that Khan died of cardiac arrest.
Born in 1948, her introduction into the movie enterprise used to be as a infant artist. In the 1950s, Khan grew to become a back-up dancer, performing in videos like Bimal Roy's Madhumati, the place she was once choreographed through dance director B Sohanlal, who she later married.
